Selectable Recipient with Pipes Syntax error

Hi,
So i’m using a drop-down to try to redirect to specific emails as follows:

[select your-recipient “Person One|[email protected]”
“Person two|[email protected]”
“Person three|[email protected]”
“Person four|[email protected]”]

Then in the Mail tab I added the following in the “To” field:
[your-recipient]

This throws up a syntax error. Any help greatly appreciated!
