Selected countries/Excluded countries are reversed

    I have set up a product to:

    Geographic availability: Selected Countries Only: United States

    The product becomes “page not found” when I visit the page from the USA.

    If I change the product to:

    Geographic availability: Excluding Selected Countries: United States

    Then the product becomes visible again.

    It seems like the excluded countries and included countries are reversed.

    Hello,

    We checked in 3 websites this scenario it seems no bug.

    In the plugin, we check the country of WooCommerce user’s shipping country. if user is not logged in we check country by GeoLocation.
