    Have you performed a conflict test yet?

    Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if it is resolved.

    If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

    Please let us know your findings.

    the issue still persists!

    I’ve disabled all the plguins except WP-Optimize. Then tried “Compress the selected image”. But it shows error https://prnt.sc/1vzan3r

    @faisal95bd Id your website behind firewall? that could be blocking the connection request to the reSmush.it server?

    No, there isnt any firewall.

    It seems like when the picture extension is capital letter .JPG or .PNG (e.g. lorem.JPG) there are issues.
    But if its like that (lorem.jpg) there isn’t any issues.

    @faisal95bd Thanks for sharing the information, I’ll share this with our development team for further investigation, and if it needs a code fix it will be fixed in future release.
