    Hello there,
    I am using the free version on WordPress with the woostify theme.
    My issue is that the add on data are not showing up after proceeding on the cart, checkout or order details, but this doesn’t happen with all the products, only those that are in a certain category.

    Note: yesterday turn off the ajax add to cart option

    I run into the same problem.
    Turning of ajax add to cart works, but now we have to use update cart again??
    Hope not.
    How can I solve this?

    Hi,

    On some of the themes, our product won’t work with AJAX add to cart option. So you have to disable it from such themes.
