    Hi Maartin, thank you for the plugin. I use it for my restaurant and mainly for two products, a custom pizza and a dipping sauce. I created the custom pizza a long time ago and never have had issues with your plugin on that product, it works just fine. Later, I created another product called Sides and using your plugin customers are able to choose a flavour of dipping sauces. Unfortunately I get random results for the Side options. Last week they worked and this week they do not. What I mean by not working is that when a customer makes a selection using the plugin options, their selection is not visible on the email we receive thats generated by WC. It only shows the word Sides and the price but not the selected flavour to go along with it. I have had this issue in the past and deleting the product and re-creating it works but eventually stops. Im not sure why, I do not touch it once the product is created.

    Hi @miclovin

    You are using a sidecart plugin called “Side Cart WooCommerce” by XootiX. This sidecart plugin doesn’t follow WooCommerce standards so our free version can’t work with it.

    Disabling that plugin should solve the issue.

    Oh that’s too bad, I really like that plugin. But it is strange that some of my products work with your plugin even though I have the Side Cart enabled. Why is it random and is there a workaround so I can keep using both plugins?
