Selected shipping method disappears

Good day

I hope you can help me.

Whenever I select a shipping method (after entering my address) the shipping methods disappear and only local pickup remains or I proceed to checkout and the shipping option selected is local pickup even though I chose otherwise.

I have gone through all the possible documentation but can’t find any solution.

I really hope this gets resolved as soon as we have customers waiting. Thank you in advance.
