I have a product that is sold as a 6-pack and there are 11 flavours to choose for each (6) item in the pack. So I have a variable product with 6 attributes (list of 11 flavour choices 6 times) but since the flavours don’t affect the price, there is only one product variation – any flavour in any of the 6 ‘locations’.

When I set up the export, I add the 6 attribute fields, but they are empty upon export.

I did a test where I created a variation with a selected flavour in each of the 6 spots, and when I export that order, the selected flavour attributes are exported as expected. The problem is I don’t want to create every possible variation (11 flavours x 6 choices is a really big number of variations – over 332,000!!)

Is there a way to export the chosen flavours (attributes) in the individual attribute fields, without creating every possible variation combination? I see the attributes in the Product Variations field fine, but really need them separated into separate columns.

    Hope that makes sense.
    Thanks!

    Hello

So you need only 6 columns (cell value = selected flavour)?

Please, share the screenshot of the product and sample Excel file.
You can submit them as ticket to https://algolplus.freshdesk.com/
    thanks, Alex

Thank you for your quick response, Alex!

For anyone else having this issue, I was using the incorrect fields. Instead of using the ‘attribute-key’ field under “Products”, I needed to use the attribute name key under “Product Order Items”.
    Works exactly as expected now.
