    I am searching for a theme that has the name of the website in the center top then has underneath horizontal the section or categories and for mobile has the three lines at the top for a drop down list of sections.

    the title of the page company would be the name two words one on top the other.

    lll Finance (with) Capital (directly underneath)

    (categories)News Consulting Partners Support

    then just pages listed one after the other downwards on each section.

    very simplistic but highly functional for news, articles and service resources.

  • Nowadays, many themes can be customised at will. You could take TwentyTwentyThree and customise it to your liking. It’s just a question of how much effort you want to put into it.

    But your description doesn’t remind me of any theme. It would therefore be good to provide a screenshot of your question. You can upload them to an image hoster of your choice and then just post the link here. Example would be https://imgur.com/

    Thanks Ill fin. I am trying to do a variety of things with a website and getting started is a bit challenging.

    That is a variation of Astra supposedly. I want the three lines for mobile sections. I don’t think Astra comes link that from the start.
