  • I am experiencing the exact same thing after updating to 3.8.7 this AM.

As well as trying category links I see the same message when attempting a product search.

    Thank you,

    Tom

    Hi guys,

Can you let us know what version of PHP you’re using?

There were only a couple of small differences between the previous version and this one, but one of them added non-latin character support for newer versions of PHP which wasn’t available to very old PHP versions. We’re going to put out an update in the next hour or so, can you let us know if it’s working for you after the update?

    Hey Rustarius,

    I am running PHP 5.3.

    Thanks for jumping on this!

    Tom

    Rustarius,

Beauty! The upgrade fixed the problem.

    Quick questions

    1) When a visitor selects a category is it possible to present the category details at the top of the list?

    2) At this time (free version) when a user selects details there is a large white space in the top center of the prod area and a large margin below the product images and the description. Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe buying the upgrade is the solution and if so that is cool. Just let me know.

I really like this plug-in and I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best,

    Tom

    Hi Tom,

If you have given a description to your category, you may display it on front-end. Simply go to Options > Basic > Show Category Description and set the option to “Yes”.

As for the tluafedproduct page, the style may have been overridden by the theme’s page. You may fix it through custom CSS, which would be under Catalogues > Your catalogue. Could you send us a link to a product page so we can have a look at it?

    Thank you! ??

Yes it apears that fixed that issue, is there a way that when someone selects a category on the side bar, then selects another, that it only shows the category that is selected? Only able to select 1 category at a time.

    Hi ceffer,

We do not hold this option at the time. We will keep the suggestion in mind.

You may definitely change it manually within the code – however, it is not encouraged as there might be complications. The sidebar currently holds inputs of type checkbox. If you change it to select box, it will change the behavior of the sidebar to only one category at a time.

A solution would be to simply create custom fields of type select box instead of the categories.

We hope this solution works out for you. ??

    Best regards,
