Selecting "Ship to a different address?" causes shipping & credit card to freeze

I’m not sure how long this is happening, the last time I tested the “Ship to a different address?” feature was a few months back and it worked fine. What happens is if I click on the checkbox for the “Ship to a different address?” option, it shows the circular loading animation over the credit card and shipping option area. Unchecking the box after it’s been checked has no effect, it’s still stuck in a loading loop. Any ideas what it could be?
