selection name rather than email address

Our form is set up as a course registration document and within a field delegates select the drop-down which includes the tutors name.

Within the form set up, the tutors are listed as “James Smith|[email protected]” and so on …

This enables an email to be sent to ‘James’ so he knows the delegate has completed the form

What mail-tag can I use just to have the tutors name so I can as if I use the associated mail-tag it displays the email?
