You have a network connection issue between your printer and web site. This can be caused by many factors, such as server side LTS (HTTPS) security requirements, your server being behind a proxy service with very heavy caching enabled, and also local security plugins on your side may be disabling some of the features of our plugin.
Please refer to the common issues FAQ document for some suggestions. The most common solutions are:
- Make sure that your printer has up-to-date firmware, to support the most recent TLS security cypher suites. You can use the free “mC-Print Utility” app from the usual app stores to update firmware if needed (3.0 or later is recommended, you can check this on the top line of a self-test print)
- Ask your hosting company to disable caching for your sites CloudPRNT URL
- If you have any security check plugins installed on your site, the please check their logs for anything related to the CloudPRNT plugin in case they have blocked some functionality.
The fact that you could connect to the service once, but then have trouble after, indicates that the second two suggestions are the most likely causes.
Other than this, resolving network connectivity issues is really out of the scope of the core plugin features/usage and very difficult to resolve via the forum. I would recommend contacting Star technical support, and/or your hosting company directly.
