Selection process but no purchase

Hello,

I am designing a site for air fresheners for cars, and I’m seeing if there’s a plugin I can use that takes you through the process of selecting your air freshener shape, uploading your own photo onto the air freshener, and then selecting which fragrance you’d like.

But then, you cannot buy the air freshener, it goes to the client where they call back with a price etc.

Is this possible via a plugin?
