selection quantity of tickets

  • Hi, how can I control the selection of the quantity of tickets for each event separately?
    The set amount is 25 at the moment and is sweeping for every new event that opens
    I want to control the amount of choice of each card, does such an option exist in the system?

    It is important to note that I use WooCommerce

    Can you please clarify whether the last remark that you’re using WooCommerce means that you’re running Tickera alongside WooCommerce via our Bridge for WooCommerce add-on?

    Yes of course
    I also use SHORTCODE
    I want control over the choice of card quantity
    I notice that this is fixed in the code and not dynamic,
    I’m wrong?

    Hi there,

    From what we can gather, it appears that you’re using our solution found here in which case I’m afraid there is no possibility to affect the number in quantity selector. However, quantity selectors are now supported directly by Bridge for WooCommerce so you can deactivate that add-on if you’re running the latest version of Bridge for WooCommerce.

    If, however, none of this is the case, please submit a support ticket to tickera.freshdesk.com so we can troubleshoot this further as this is not directly related to the free version of Tickera but rather to the premium Bridge for WooCommerce add-on.
