Selections not showing up in cart

    Hello there,
    I am using the free version on WordPress with the Woodmart theme.
    My issue is that the addon selections are not showing up on the cart, checkout or order confirmation.

    I have ticked all the boxes in settings, yet it still doesn’t work.

    Let me know what other information I can provide.

  • Hi,

    If you are minified the JS and CSS files please disable the minify option and check again.
    And I couldn’t find our plugin fields in the product page you shared. Please make sure that you are using our plugin.

    Hi there!
    It is not currently on the product pages, because it’s not working.
    But just to 100% confirm, I’m using WooCommerce Custom Product Addons Free (Version 2.4.10 | By Acowebs) Is that you?

    We disabled minify for JS and CSS and it is still not working.

    Do you have any other suggestions?
