selective exclusion

Thank you for your great plugin!

I was curious to know whether there is a way to selectively exclude certain plugins/.php files from the TTfP scan. The reason I ask is because currently TTfP has scanned and added ~ 17000 items in its Strings translations list and out of those I only need to translate ~ 500-1000 strings. Having to load 17000 strings makes TTfP very slow on load and save.

Your guidance is appreciated.
