Selective translations stopped working

Hello. Cloud transfers stopped working. Yesterday there was a change of the IP address on the hosting. I contacted support, they seem to have made a new IP. Today I looked, and traffic sank by more than 70%. As it turned out, some of the pages with translations do not work. Can this be resolved quickly? Thank you in advance.
