Hello,

Trying to run infinite scrolling on my shop page and category pages at https://www.shizlist.com I’m using the flatsome 3.2 theme by UX Themes.

The plugin is currently on, but has no effect. I have left the default selectors entered, which I assume need to be changed, but I have no idea what the selectors should be and there’s nothing on the plugin faq or installation instructions to lead me in the right direction.

Could I trouble you for the right selectors?

Also, I notice that a ton of people in the support forum are having this same issue. It would be very helpful to your customers to add some kind of guide to the plugin page. Might also save you the hassle of having to deal with all the support topics for this issue. Just a thought ??

Try to use this selectors
– Navigation Selector => nav.woocommerce-pagination
– Next Selector => nav.woocommerce-pagination a.next
– Item Selector => div.product.col
– Content Selector => div.products

Scratch that, spoke too soon. It worked at first. Today, for some reason, it is not working anymore. I have about 37 products in my shop, but only 12 appear on the shop page, even if I scroll all the way down. Little help?

the issue is related with the pagination of your site. In fact visiting this page
https://shizlist.com/page/2/ redirect you to this one https://shizlist.com/her-shiz/2d-bag/

Solve this issue for let the infinite scrolling works as expected.

Oh ok, I see. I had my permalink common setting set to ‘post name’ with a custom product base for product permalinks. If I change my permalink common setting back to ‘plain,’ the infinite scrolling works fine. Is there no way to get infinite scrolling to work with other permalink settings?

I’d like my links to look like this:

https://www.shizlist.com/category/her-shiz
https://www.shizlist.com/her-shiz/2d-bag

But when I choose the plain permalinks setting (the only one that seems to work with this plugin) my links look like this:

https://shizlist.com/?product_cat=her-shiz
https://shizlist.com/?product=2d-bag

Are you aware of a solution for this? Is it possible to use this plugin without using the ‘plain’ permalink setting?
