Self animated SVG creates lines

Can I upload any SVG for this (e.g. from flaticon)?
When I try to do so, it does animate them, but it creates a lineart/strokes around the icon instead of using original icon. Is there a way to fix it and make icons be filled with color, the way they are when you download them?
