Self-Create a Player Profile

Hi
I need a new player to:
1- register his account with wordpress via woocommerce subscription
(this is done on the website already)

2- once he has registered and obtain a wordpress account on the website, he must create his player profile by himself, uploading his photo, and inputing text field details such as his passport number, nationality, history, etc etc (as what the admin can do from backend when creating a player.
as per this tutorial, but everything must be self created by the player itself.
