Self-hosted "follow this blog" plugin / wodget

Hello,

Moving my blog to a dedicated server I am looking for a plugin/widget to get subscriptions by email. A simple “follow the blog” button where the user enters his email address, etc.

All what I could find (Jetpack etc) are not self hosted and data is stored outside my server. I would like all to be stored on my server, without any need to register in another place.

Any suggestion?
