Self hosted video not playing when clicking on poster.

    I am using WP block video to add multiple self-hosted videos to a page. Each video has a poster image and each preload is set to none. If preload is set to metadata the load time is slow. Hence the reason for using none. The problem is that clicking on the poster image does not play the video. The only way to play the video is to click the control play button. How can I keep the preload to none and click on the poster image to play each video? Is the some jquary to resolve this?

    Hi @robertfudge – it’s a little tricky to guess what might be going on there without taking a closer look. Do you have a URL you can share that we could take a look at?
