Sell ability to stream a video?

I’ve used WooCommerce in the past to sale digital downloads on other sites. However, I am wondering if WooCommerce can be configured in a way to sale the ability to stream a video (rather than download it).

I have a client that wants to build a video streaming site (similar in concept to Netflix), but with different independent content and on a “per video” basis (rather than a monthly subscription with unlimited streaming).
