I took a look at the site, and I’m not able to add a different address than Singapore in the checkout page:

Thanks for sharing the screenshots.

I can see that the shipping and selling locations are set only to Singapore. Also, the shipping zone is set up only for Singapore.

I tested again and I can see that Singapore is the only option as country on the checkout page: https://d.pr/i/b4jpH8

As for how customers from USA place the order, I do not know. I just received an order from USA address.

Can you please share the screenshot of the order details page of this USA order?

Upon checking the System Status Report, I see that your site doesn’t meet the minimum server requirements. Looking at your hosting environment it appears that you could modify these values:

WC Database Version: 6.2.0

Also, you need to update your WooCommerce database version to match the actual WooCommerce core version. You can do it from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database. Here’s a helpful guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/#woocommerce-data-update-notice

Before doing that make sure you have a good backup of your full site and database in place, so that if something goes wrong, you can easily restore your site to a functioning state. Most hosting providers have this included in the subscription, but you may also consider using a service like Jetpack, or a plugin like UpdraftPlus.
