Sell and Ship to Specifiic Countries not working

I have set my WooCommerce site only can sell and ship to Singapore, but US byre still able to purchase

Yes, I received an actual order out of Singapore and I have to refund to this buyer as we do not ship to other countries out of Singapore.

How did you test this setting before you launched your site? Did you use a VPN? Which product did you use? Is there maybe a test product we can use to try and test this?

It would be best if we try to trigger the error. That way your web developer can help fix it.

I have launched this site for 3 years, only lately having this issue. I have tried order product and checkout, the site is unable to select other countries except only Singapore.

Maybe you can try add to cart at your end, and check whether you are able to select any country beside Singapore.

I just tried with my phone and also desktop a couple of times. I do get the desired behaviour. https://d.pr/i/s2kDQY – I cannot click on Singapore, there is no selection.

Do you maybe know which browser was used for the orders that were able to order from outside Singapore?
