sell bundle in free version, where sees customer credit balance

Customer can see credit balance in My Account page.

Also, in Platinum version you can use shortcodes ‘user_credits’ to display their balance on a page or post, and you can also use shortcode ‘buy_credits’ to display a table of the Credit Bundles you’ve created. In Free version, customers can purchase Credits in My Account page.

On Account Page it says “You have 0 Credits” then only a button “Buy Credits” and this brings me directly to the cart which then contains my created creditbundle.

I thought the account page whould show a button to choose the bundle, even if it’s only one bundle available. This would be clearer to the clients, than directly jumping to the cart.
Is this kind of “bundle selection page” possible with the platinum version?

And second:
My bundle was set to “Test Bundle, Credits 50, Price 70”
In the cart this brings me “Test Bundle, Price 70, Credits 50, Final Price 280”
Why?
I actually have ONE Bundle with Final Price 70, not 280.
Is this a bug? This is actually not how I expected it to work.

Yes, in the Platinum version you can advertise bundles using the “buy_credits” shortcode. Tutorial video here: https://woocredits.com/video-tutorials/selling-credit-bundles/

You also have option in Platinum to create direct links for a specific bundle. Video here: https://woocredits.com/video-tutorials/selling-individual-credit-bundle/

For the second issue, I just tested on one of our dev servers using 1.2.3 of free version with the scenario you outlined and everything appears fine. Screenshots below:

For the second thing:
My cart looks a bit different, it also shows the SINGLE credit price (I guess it’s just a woo-setting which i haven’t discovered yet?!).

And I think I understood that wrong when I set up the bundle…I thought “price” means the bundle price, but it actually means the single credit price.
(You probably set up the bundle like: credits 50, price 1.40?! )

EDIT:
Strange: Now it did NOT behave like a single price, now it worked like I expected it in the beginning and the cart showed me “Test Bundle, Price 70, Credits 50, Final Price 70”
Ok, thank you, so it solved itself somehow.

EDIT 2:
I believe there is something happening in the background.
When I buy the bundle multiple times (during one checkout), one time it correctly shows 2 Bundles in the cart each price 70, and one time it shows only 1 Bundle but for twice the price (price 140).
(I think my problem in the beginning was it showed 1 Bundle in the cart but I somehow had clicked it already 4 times, so it increased to 4times the price)

Thanks for the update! Yes, the price is for the entire Credit Bundle (not a per credit price), so I think you’re right that initial issue was likely caused by having a quantity of 4 bundles in your cart during checkout.

Ok, it would be better to automatically block to buy one bundle twice at once.
It was confusing because (sometimes) it didn’t even show the multiple bundles in the cart but only ONE bundle with doubled price.
