Sell product without license issue

    hi, I want to sell product without license and after the product purchased it will be in status “processing”.

    and after I will be able to give license key to the order and send the customer the license email and the order will be complete.

    the idea is that I will update the license key after and the customer will not receive this right away.

    how can I achieve this functionality?

    Hope you are doing well, Yes, it is possible you have to add a new license to an existing product order for a customer. If you add the new license to the same order number and assign a key to that customer, then they will be able to use it.

    so I tried to create new license and add in the “order:” option the order that the customer did and it’s showing all the time “no data found”

    if I create new license key I can’t find the order in the order field, it’s all the time write “no results found”

    I want to do that the product don’t have license registered and after he pay for the license I can add the license manually and the order will be completed and the license will sent to him.

    but I can’t find the orders in the order tab and I searched by email and order ID and nothing worked, why?
