Sell unique products

    Hi, I have a marketplace where vendors can upload and sell their own products.

    The products they sell are virtual, and will be unique for each customer.
    So I’m looking for a way to enable that so when receiving an order, the vendor can send a unique URL to the customer where their custom product is.

    You could say the vendor is selling a product that will have a unique download for each customer. For example, custom portraits, a user pays for the “custom portrait” product but the download will be unique to that user only.

    1. How can I do that in Dokan to allow my vendors to send individual, unique products to each customer?

    2. I’ve found a plugin named Woocommerce Attach Me! It does allow for the admin to add a file or URL attachment to the order details page and for the customer to approve or not that file. The problem is that only the admin can add said attachment; it’s not possible for a vendor to do it from the order details page. Would it be possible to make the plugin work with Dokan also?

    Thanks for your question.

    At the moment you are unable to use the mentioned plugin for Dokan’s vendor side. No sending unique links to each order is by default is unavailable. We do have the downloadable plugin option which will allow you to send one link but provides you the ability to limit the number of times one user can use that link.

    You may need to consult with a developer to make use of the functionality of that plugin along with Dokan.

    Which is the name of the downloadable plugin?

    Yeah, the downloadable option won’t work in my case cause the URL will be generated ‘after’ the client buys the product. So at the moment of the purchase, that link won’t exist yet. Once the customer buys the product with the details they wish for their product, then will the vendor proceed to create that custom URL and send it to the customer.
