    Hi,

I am connecting sellercloud to woocommerce for inventory management. The connection is creating some trouble.

They guided me through their channel. I created a rest api and provided the webhooks to their platform.

I got the consumer key and secret key and inserted it to sellercloud but the connection is still giving me a trouble?

Can you please guide me on how to fix this issue?

  • Hi @noshad19

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you’re experiencing some difficulties with the connection between WooCommerce and Sellercloud.

Here are a few steps you can try:

    • Verify that the REST API keys were created with the correct permissions. For Sellercloud, you’ll need Read/Write permissions.
    • Check that the webhook URL in Sellercloud is correct and that it matches the URL in your WooCommerce settings.
    • Make sure you are using the latest version of both WooCommerce and Sellercloud. If not, please update them.

If these steps did not resolve the issue, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance since we don’t provide support for third-party plugins based on our Support Policy. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.

All the best and hopefully, the issue will be fixed soon.

    Hi Xue,

    Thanks for your reply.

    1. The REST APIs are created with Read/Write permission.
    2. The webhooks match the seller cloud as I copied them from WooCommerce and pasted it in seller cloud.
    3. WooCommerce and Seller Cloud are updated.

The issue comes in both WooCommerce and seller cloud.

Another problem which is causing trouble is the products are going OUT OF STOCK automatically and the pricing is being set as $0.00.

    What is causing this problem

    Hi @noshad19

The issue with the products going out of stock and pricing being set to $0.00 could be due to synchronization issues between WooCommerce and Sellercloud. It could be that the inventory and pricing data from Sellercloud are not being correctly synced to WooCommerce.

To isolate the issue, I would suggest you to:

    1. Check your Sellercloud inventory and pricing data to ensure it is correct.
    2. Verify the synchronization settings in Sellercloud and WooCommerce. Make sure that the inventory and pricing data are set to sync correctly.
    3. Try manually syncing the data from Sellercloud to WooCommerce and see if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, it might be due to a more complex issue that requires the attention of the developers of the Sellercloud plugin. As my colleague mentioned in the previous reply, we do not provide support for third-party plugins, so I would recommend reaching out to the Sellercloud support team for further assistance.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.
