Seller delivery zone options not visible

Hey. I created two test sites. I activated two delivery methods: delivery within the country and delivery by zones. Added zones in the settings.
Created test sellers.

Now I’ve entered the seller’s control panel: Delivery settings. I choose Delivery in the country – it is visible. I choose delivery by zone – the zone is not visible.

Checked on two different sites. The result is one. The zone is not visible.
