Semprul Editing

Hey presently my Semprul theme page includes things like no categories,Log in, Entries RSS, Comments RSS, www.ads-software.com. I want to remove these so that it looks simple i.e. the Home, About etc tabs to appear right below blog title without these things in between.Please help
