68 pages don’t have doctype declared – these are new errors. Elsewhere it says that the error is with the checker, not WordPress, but SEMRUSH is a major player.

you probably need to check your header.php file. There is no doctype . the <head> </head> part of your site is completely empty. All your enqueued styles are appearing in the body of your site. They should be between the <head> </head> tag just before the opening <body> tag. All of this should be in the header.php file. Where did you get this theme? It seems to be badly formated.
