send a request for accommodation availability

    Hi, I would need to understand if your plugin allows me to send a request to the site admin to book rather than book and pay directly from the site. The villa for which I created the site is on booking and the owner would like that from the site you could only send a booking request without actually booking. Is it possible to do that?

    Hello there! 

    Sorry for the delayed response. 

    Please be informed that our Hotel Booking plugin has three booking confirmation modes: “By customer via email”, “Confirmation upon payment”, and “By admin manually”, which you can select in the plugin settings under the Dashboard > Accommodation > Settings > Booking Confirmation section. So in this case, you may use the “By admin manually” booking confirmation mode to let a website admin decide which bookings to confirm or cancel. However, keep in mind that selected booking dates will remain occupied so other guests won’t be able to make bookings for the same accommodation and the same or crossed dates even if the previous booking is not confirmed yet.
