Send action is triggered twice (version 5.7)

  • Two spinning circles appear next to the send button.

    When I send a blank form, the errors appear under every required field, and after a moment, a second set of error messages appears under each field.

    When I send a filled out form, I receive two exact same emails.

    Other email related plugins: WP Mail SMTP, WP Armour – Honeypot Anti Spam
    Only CF7 was recently updated, and before the last update everything worked as it should.

    I checked the site but couldn’t confirm such behavior. If you have already fixed the issue, please change the topic status to “resolved”.

    It’s still happening in Firefox on desktop, version 108.0, troubleshoot mode (all add-ons disabled)

    Chrome desktop and Firefox on mobile do not display this behavior.
