Send automatic email with label to store owner

    Is it possible to send an automatic generated email to an email address with a pdf of the DHL shipping label for each order which status is changed to ‘Finished’?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    As for your question: that very specific functionality doesn’t exist, but if you want the PDF labels to be automatically downloaded, you can use DHL Direct Label Printing (can be found in My DHL Parcel under Settings / Integrations) and connect that with your webshop. In WordPress you can connect the software under Printer settings.

    Technically the software is designed for use with a label printer, but in DHL Direct Label Printing you can also just set it to download instead, so you don’t actually need a printer.

    That way you can automatically download any new PDFs if the status changes.
