    Hello.

I’ve installed and followed the instructions, but have come to a dead end which is really frustrating. I want to send automatic new post notifications. I’m working my way through the instructions for doing so. I have reached step 5.

5 – Now go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Email Subscribers -> Notifications. You will see a default notification. Click to edit.

There is no “Notifications” option to select. There are NONE of the options listed such as compose, chron, subscribe, and so on. My option list looks totally different?????? The options I have are only: dashboard, audience, forms, campagains, reports and settings.

So now what?! Totally confused. Why is it different and why don’t I have access to the settings that I need so I can proceed?

  • Hi Martin,

It seems you are on Email Subscribers 4.x.

If you were using ES 3.x, there might be little shift for you as we have combined few options into one.

You can find your subscribers under Audience tab and all your notifications under Campaigns tab.

    Hope that helps.

Let us know if you have any further queries. We will be glad to help you.

Thank you for you reply! I appreciate it! It’s confusing since everything is different in the new version.

I have another problem. I’m checking with other email addresses and there is no new post notification. The only one I get is my own gmail account but nothing else.

    Could you help, please?

    Hello Martin,

    Sorry for the delay.

Could you go to Email Subscribers > Reports and share us screenshots highlighting the status (you can blur sensitive information if you want)?
