send automatic reminders to old orders

    Hi we are need to send the review to all of our complete order but we do not want to do it manually there is way for the system to send the reminder to all old order that was in there before we install the plugin?

    Thanks for the interest in our plugin!

    Please refer to this solution from our support portal: How to Request Reviews for Old Orders. Unfortunately, you will have to do it manually. We did not implement mass sending because we don’t want people to use our plugin to spam customers with emails.
