Send blog post to different sites

  • Any thoughts if there is a plugin that can help post a blog post to multiple sites? I have 15 real estate sites that I want the same posts to go to (ussually) but cant spend the time to copy and paste 15 times. These are not multi sites, they are individual sites on different domains, some of them with different themes. Thoughts?
