    Hello there any way to send email confirmation but the appointment has not been paid ie I want to send email confirmation when the client reaches the last step regardless of whether or not pay

    Hola hay alguna forma de enviar el email de confirmación aunque la cita no se haya pagado es decir quiero enviar el email de confirmación cuando el cliente llega al último paso sin importar si paga o no

    Hi,

    if the user choose to pay online the email confirmation will be sent only after the payment has been completed.

    You could activate the “pay later” option if you want to allow users to complete the reservation and pay with cash.
