SEND-button not activ

    HI MAILPOET-TEAM!
    mailpoet looks really good!
    we have the free-version. but we are planning next time with the premium-version for ALL our coustomers & shops.
    the validation is successful.
    in preferences the key is valid (activ) & green.
    i’ve got mails, that the key is activ and we can send now our mails.
    ive checked the key twice.
    my email-adresses are authorized.
    I’created a send-test-list.
    all things are done.
    i’ve checked a lot of todos from your support-site/documentation.

    i created an email, than to “next” (sending).
    on this site, send-button not active with the following message:
    “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account.”

    No way… no chance… no activ send-button… ??

    We have an shop online and need the Newsletter really URGENT!
    Can somebody help us???

    Hi @wolflow,

    I can confirm your subscription has been approved already.

    If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.

    Let me know if it works!
