Send button stays disabled

    Hi Mailpoet team,

    Iam having a problem with the Mailpoet plugin, and I dont know of this is expected behaviour and the error is on my end. But I didnt find this in any documentation. Maybe I dont understand correctly how Mailpoet works.

    I cannot send any newsletters, the send button is always disabled.

    The newsletter gets prepared with the content, on the last page I select the correct mailing list to send to. (I have a contact list, with just 1 contact for testing purposes)

    If I try to use custom SMTP settings for sending, the “Send” button is disabeld. I can only save the mailing as draft.

    If I try to use SendGrid settings, the “Send” button is also disabled. I can only save the mailing as draft.

    In any of these cases, the preview testmail can be send without any problem.

    What am I doing wrong here?

    Is there a particular error you’re seeing when you try to send out your emails? If yes, can you send us a screenshot of this error message?

    Also kindly send us the following:

    • A screenshot of the MailPoet > Help > System Status page. Please ensure to capture the whole page or make several screenshots.
    • Copy and paste the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info.
