Can’t customise settings

    Hi there,

    For some reason (probably a WP core or plugin update) it’s not possible anymore to customise the plugin settings.

    When selecting appearance/email, the settings screen remains empty and there are no settings accessible.

    This is with WP 5.8, PHP 7.4 and MySQL 5.7

    This used to work, I haven’t changed the settings for a while, and trying to access them now is broken.

    The templates still work though, it’s just not possible to change the settings anymore.

    Is this plugin still supported? There are many support questions without any reply, and the last update was 7 months ago.

    I hope my issue will be solved and the developer is okay, it’s really a great plugin.

    Just to follow up on this, it looks like this issue was caused by our cache plugin. Not sure which option yet, or why it only affected Email Templates and not the rest of the customizer, but the issue disappears if we disable the cache plugin. Will try to identify the exact option and will report back if I find it.

    Turns out it was a conflict between the cache plugin and a theme plugin, both strugling to get enough memory. The solution was to increase WP Memory limit from 128MB to 256MB.

    Just in case someone else gets the issue…

    Nothing to do with Email Templates, that was a symptom, not the problem.

    I hope the developer is fine and the plugin will be maintained in the future.

    No updates in 7 months is a bit worrying…

    Anyway, keep up the good work!
