Send comment notifications to a specific email address?

Hi,

I searched around but the keywords “wordpress comments admin email notification …” are pretty loaded out there in searchland.

Can some one tell me how (or point me to a plugin) to get WP to send an email to a user other than the site admin? This user would preferably not have admin rights themselves but could approve/edit comments. In my dream world, I could also email 2 or more people when comments come in.
