Send Confirmation Email Only?

    Is there a way to only send a confirmation email? My company wants a form that can be filled out online and exported to a database, but not send the form information via email for security reasons.

    This form will include social security numbers, account numbers, account activity, etc. and must be kept private. If I can export the form data to a database, then only send an email to notify someone the form has been submitted, this would accomplish the purpose.

  • Yes, you can disable the email on the advanced tab.

    Go to the “Confirmation Email Settings” and check “Enable confirmation email message”, then fill out all the required details.

    Then go to the “Data Export Settings” section and check “Disable email sending” (I think the confirmation will still send).
