Send confirmation mail after registration

    Im having the following issue:

    I wanna send emails that contains an email registration confirmation link after user registration, with that purpose in mind, i modified the wp-login.php?action=register form and downloaded the DM Confirm Mail plugin and it works, but i need to insert the form in this page:

    https://www.ibericool.es/ibericlub/

    how can i do it? there is a way to use a shortcode for this? I’ve been searching and searching but i cant found any solution. ??
