Send Coupon Without Review Approval

  • Hello,

    Is it possible to send the coupon code without requiring the review to be approved? I would like customers to get the coupon code once they leave a review without having me to approve the review first.

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    You can disable the option Before a comment appears: Comment must be manually approved in your Dashboard > Settings > Discussion, then after leaving reviews, it will be auto approved and a coupon code will be sent. You can see this video: https://youtu.be/CbsjqScSuf4?t=239
