send credentials via email prompt?

    Can you submit a support ticket with this issue? We are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these forums.

    The “Send credentials via email” checkbox is displayed when you are not using the Email Confirmation feature. If you enable this feature, the checkbox will disappear.

    Also we can remove the checkbox with custom code.
