  • If you don’t mind doing an extra step, maybe you can also add in a Customer note that the order is being processed — it sends an email to the customer when you add a customer note.

    Tried this, yes it works but I’d like to send the “order processing” emails automatically without having to add a note.

    Any other ideas?

    not from my side but I’m stuck with woocommerce 1.x as I used a heavily modified CSS file for woocommerce so I can’t update until I get a new wocommerce 2.0 ready theme.
