I don’t know exactly what do you mean, so, I’ll try to describe how the plugin works.
In the form’s settings there are two sections to configure notification emails. One of them for sending emailes to the addresses entered directly into the form’s settings (you can configure these emails to include a summary of the data collected by the form). And a second section for sending emails to the addresses entered by the user into the form (the texts of both emails are independent).
These emails are sent when the forms are submitted. Furthermore, if the form is integrated to a payment gateway, it is possible configure the sending of the emails to the users, only after receive the payment confirmation from the payment gateways.
