    Dear team,
    we would like to know if the plugin can be used to send email to custom addresses after specific coupons is used on checkout.

    Use case:
    We have a book store.
    We created a coupon for every book author and we asked them to use these coupons on their socials.
    We want to automatically send an email to an author when his coupon is used for transparency.

    Example:
    We have a book written by Mario available in our online store.
    We create a coupon MARIO15OFF and give this coupon to Mario asking him to show it on his social.
    When a customer buy something using MARIO15OFF coupon then mario should receive a notification email. This way Mario can be sure on how many times his coupon has been used.

    Thank you for taking the time to write such a thorough explanation.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to trigger an automation based on a coupon used at checkout.

    We will probably work on a solution for this later this year, but it’s not available yet.

    It could be possible if the coupon data was added as a note or an order custom field – ShopMagic can use both to create conditions for automated emails.
